Your listing sits next to other studios, and many systems charge more for every staff member you add. Questions studio owners ask
Do you charge a commission on new clients?
No. Ilan has no marketplace, so there’s no “new client” fee and no fee per booking. You pay your plan and that’s it.
Does the price go up when I hire?
Essential is for one user. Pro and Pro + AI include up to 6 users for the same monthly price.
Can I bring my clients from my current system?
Yes. If your current system can export your client list to a CSV or Excel file, we bring it into Ilan with you. Someone based in Toronto walks you through it.
Who owns my clients’ information?
You do. Ilan processes it only to run the service for you, never sells it, and you can export it if you leave. Our infrastructure providers are mainly in the United States; the details are in our Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There’s no contract. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Prices in Canadian dollars. Your subscription is billed monthly (or yearly) through Stripe, and you can cancel anytime. The 15-day trial asks for a card up front so your service isn’t interrupted when it ends; nothing is charged until day 15, and if you cancel before then, you pay nothing. One trial per business. Usage-based extras, such as extra storage or heavy AI use, are billed separately at cost plus a small margin.
